About Rockshic
Rockshic is a New York City-based website that caters to the intellectually curious, spiritually adventurous, and stylishly cosmopolitan reader. Since its inception in 2012, Rockshic has evolved from being purely a fashion blog capturing NYC street-styles, to a more comprehensive lifestyle site that presents current and curated first-hand experiences and recommendations for unique travel escapades, culinary experiences, city-living for the modern family (with the occasional snowbird travels to warmer climates during that harsh New York winter), and of course -- a dedication to capturing both beauty and aesthetics.
Over the years, we have grown tremendously in viewership and have vastly expanded our media partnerships -- covering 75,000 to 100,000 page views/month from approx. 7,000 to 10,000 unique readers, inclusive of e-mails and newsletter subscriptions. The core of our audience is based in the US, UK, China, Hong Kong, and the Antipodes (Australia and New Zealand). On social media we have 25,000 followers, inclusive of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram – our most popular media outlets.
Rockshic has also been featured on various other media review publications and sites, including Luxe Recess, Tabelog Food Review -- Featured Food Blogger, New York on My Mind, Top Flight Family, New York Mag (NYC Downtown Bowery Boogie edition), The Best of Turks and Caicos Travel, The Bump, Bump to Beyond Wellness, and many many others.
Inspired by my love for high-end food, travel, and little people (often all rolled up into one package!), I also founded City Baby Dining in 2015, a curated dining guide for the discerning parent who doesn't want to forsake his/her previous lifestyle sans children.
Through it all Rockshic's dedication and focus has always been on luxury, refinement, taste, and distinction. The objective of this site is not simply to present a series of collated experiences, but to also serve as a real-life basis for our audience when they decide upon what to do, see, purchase -- when, where and how. In this regard, our audience consists of a similar demographic who value the unique content and perspectives that we provide.
