Happy Memorial Day!! I’m pretty sure the vast majority of New Yorkers are out of town this weekend (kick-off in the Hamptons perhaps?). Judging by the heat outside, summer has officially arrived. No matter, hubby and I are determined to make the most out of the long weekend, since we’ve both been away for some time.
Here, I’m walking on 1st and 1st (just outside of the Tuck Shop actually), where I saw some blog-worthy street art. Ever since I’ve been photographing street styles, I’ve really started to notice all of the street art that this city has to offer (and I think it’s fantastic!).
Given the sweltering conditions, I opted for a sheer, wispy top (bikini underneath because you never know!), paired with a flowy, light skirt (the only heaviness about it is the color black, but what can you do).
Strappy sandals and sun-hat a must for this weather!!!
