My dim sum companion yesterday was totally rocking the weekend chic look, with a nice blend of comfort, color, and style. I personally loved the confluence of textures, the soft tie-dye effects of the scarf, the stitched together sparkles of her ballerina flats, the ubiquitous skinny jeans, the distressed army jacket, all joined together with the classic leather tote. It’s a seasonal look that is both sweet and modern! Coupled with delicious family-style dim sum to jumpstart your weekend – who can resist?
Love the fresh color on her fingertips! Totally makes me think of cotton candy (yum) and pops with the rest of the wardrobe.
What attracts me most to this pretty little thing is its practicality. I like that the slouchy top of the hobo tote gives you the firm grip you need, while the structured base provides ample room to support all of your “stuff.” (Personally I can never go anywhere on the weekend without my journal and iPhone…)
