As always, yours truly was busy scoping for fun things to do for our little family this weekend, and what better way to celebrate this fabulous weather than with an Easter egg hunt in the garden?
Organized by the Bowery Babes, the fête took place in the sunny Sasaki Garden of the Washington Square Village. This was our first time, so we didn’t know quite what to expect. I did, however, want to throw something celebratory & festive for my little Nuke and decided to go with this cute little Chick Face Bib by Edoche. Note to self – when in doubt, stylish bibs do the trick! Just check out our St. Pattie’s and Thanksgiving photo-ops.
Of course, our little wudge was a tad too young to be running around on his own. Nevertheless, the minute we were on the scene, he let it be known, loud and clear, that he wanted to be IN-THE-MIX (stroller-cruising just wasn’t going to cut it).
Mummy had to take him hunting… the result? Not only did we find our egg, but we also discovered some new friends!!! Who needs Easter bunny when you’ve got Balthazar the adorable bubs in bunny-suit?
Icing on the cake, of course, came from Nuke’s buddy Peter Rabbit, who hung out with us the entire day, even over Bellini’s at the Lion.
